Overview
Snippets are pre-defined text blocks that can be quickly inserted into the Prompt Editor. They are ideal for repetitive tasks, maintaining uniformity, and reducing typing effort.
Features
Snippet Creation
To create a snippet:
- Navigate to the Snippet Page.
- Click on the + Add Snippet button.
- Provide the following details:
- Shortcut: A unique keyword to trigger the snippet.
- Content: The reusable text or template.
- Save the snippet for future use.
Snippet Management
On the Snippet Page, you can:
- View a list of all existing snippets.
- Edit the content or shortcut of a snippet.
- Delete snippets that are no longer needed.
Using Snippets
In the Prompt Editor, snippets are automatically suggested as you type. When the typed word matches a snippet’s shortcut:
- A suggestion list appears below the text.
- Select the snippet from the list to insert its content into the editor.
